Greetings and welcome.
I am happy to announce the release of my Health and Healing audio CD
Crossing the Bridge to Health:
Running time: 77:56 Minutes
Guided Imagery and Creative Experiences to Empower You for Actively Participating in Your Health, Well-being, and Life
Are you facing health challenges? The guided imagery and creative experiences on this audio program are designed to give you specific, easy to use tools that move you in the direction of self-empowerment and resilience in your life, and away from feelings of helplessness, anxiety, and depression.
On Crossing the Bridge to Health: A Creative and Symbolic Journey, Dr. Baron shares lessons learned during her own healing journey when she was faced with an illness.
In addition, on this program you will:
-Listen to Dr. Penny H. Baron’s personal story of healing and building ‘nine pillars’ for health.
-Utilize the guided imagery: “Crossing the Bridge to Health™” to meet your health challenges physically, mentally, emotionally, and behaviorally.
-Learn creative exercises to discover meaning, increase self-awareness, and inner-guidance through drawing and engaging your art work in a dialogue process. No previous art training necessary.
-Set health goals and plan a ceremony that enhances your commitment for thinking positively and reaching these goals. (Read more about potential uses)
